Roads throughout Ruby Ranch are maintained by the Ranch Manager with funding through the Willow Brook Metro District.

Ruby Ranch maintains trash and recycling dumpsters for owner’s use. Both services are picked up weekly.

The water system is operated by the Willow Brook Metro District and consists of several wells, storage tanks and the piping running under the roads on the ranch.

Mail addressed to owners’ Ruby Ranch street addresses is delivered to boxes located inside the mail and trash shed near the barn. You can obtain an assigned box and key from the Ranch Manager.

The Gatehouse is used for scheduled RROA and WBMD Board meetings and also houses the Ranch Manager’s office. Owners may request the use of the Gatehouse for small meetings by contacting the Ranch Manager.
