Embracing the charm of the Western Ranch

IN ONE OF COLORADO’S PREMIER EQUESTRIAN COMMUNITIES

About the Ranch.

Ruby Ranch is a unique community located at the foot of the Gore range near the town of Silverthorne, Colorado. Summit County is located high in the Colorado Rockies, at approximately 9000 feet. It is known as Colorado's playground because of the numerous outdoor activities that the area provides. The county is home to four major downhill ski areas: Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Arapahoe Basin, as well as Nordic skiing areas in Frisco and Breckenridge. The county also has two reservoirs, Dillon and Green Mountain, which are popular for boating and fishing. Hiking and biking trails are numerous and spectacularly beautiful.

Strategic vision.

We envision a community of neighbors working together to achieve a higher quality of life. This includes the provision of reliable and efficient services, well-maintained common areas, and protection of the Ranch’s wildlife and native rural setting. We envision a unique equestrian neighborhood that is considered by residents and non-residents alike to be one of the most desirable rural residential subdivisions in Colorado.
